When ordering a 4-inch to 8-inch Sync 3 upgrade for your 2017+ Ford SuperDuty truck you may be contacted by an Infotainment team member to get a little more insight as to how your vehicle is currently equipped. Sometimes your supplied 17-digit VIN doesn't tell us everything and we want to make sure we get your order correct. Here are the potential questions:

1.  Does your current center stack bezel feature 2 or 3 openings / switch sets at the top? Those of you who have 3 openings probably means you have the surround-view camera system.

2.  Does your current center stack bezel feature a CD player slot/opening? Many trucks did away with CD players in 2019.

3.  Do your climate controls feature driver and passenger heated seat buttons? (It is possible to swap climate controls if needed)

4.  Do your climate controls feature a heated side-mirror icon, heated rear-window icon, or no icon at all?  (It is possible to swap climate controls if needed)
