  • Bench Test & Inspection - Your radio will be professionally bench tested and the firmware will be updated. Simply ship your radio to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days to be serviced and we will return it to you with a full programming warranty.
  • Bench Test & Programming Service Your radio will be professionally bench tested, updated, and programmed to your 17-digit VIN. Simply ship your radio to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days to be serviced and we will return it to you with a full programming warranty.
  • General Repair Service - An infotainment.com technician may utilize this option for a general repair service of an item that is not advertised. Simply ship your radio to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days to be serviced and we will return it to you with a full programming warranty.

* Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram systems are exempt from VIN programming. However, they can still be sent in for software updates and a full bench test to ensure the system is fully functional for the vehicle it was manufactured for from the factory.

      INSTALLATION

      Simply remove and replace your vehicle's factory installed radio. Most are attached to the dash with 4 screws. Easily do it yourself or use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

        • Please refer to our Repair Authorization Form for our service terms and FAQs.
        • This service includes an operating firmware update. Please note, many radios have limited firmware updates and may not be the latest available from the manufacturer.
        • The latest & greatest navigation software update is not guaranteed as part of our update or programming process.
        • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram systems are exempt from VIN programming. However, they can still be sent in for software updates and a full bench test to ensure the system is fully functional for the vehicle it was manufactured for from the factory.
