INTRODUCTION

• Display Screen Related - Cracked, shattered, dented, scratched, or faded touch screen, No touch response, Scrambled Display, Blank or Black screen.
  
• Circuit Board Related - No Power, No Video, No Sound, Stuck on Splash/Logo screen.
  
• Navigation Related - Screen shows "Read Error" after Disc is inserted, Disc will not eject, Disc will can not be inserted, Screen shows "Reading" for more than 1 min, An audible clicking sound is heard while inserting a disc.

• Full Replacement - Please select this option and we will send you a fully refurbished product. Once you receive it swap the products and return your defective or damaged unit as a core with the enclosed return shipping label. It's that easy!
• Please Repair My Radio - Select this option to have your radio professionally repaired. Simply remove your radio and ship it to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days for repair and we will return it to you with a full warranty.

INSTALLATION

Simply remove and replace your vehicle's factory installed defective/damaged radio. Most are attached to the dash with 4-6 screws. Easily do it yourself or use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

• Please refer to our Repair Authorization Form for our service terms and FAQs.
• A navigation software CD map disc or SD map card is not included upon repair or replacement. Simply utilize the one that is currently in your factory radio.

• The Flat Rate Repair services program is designed to simplify the repair process, and improve turnaround times, at cost effective rates that save you time and money. Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided. The flat rate repair does not include: Major components or assemblies, damage related to abuse, misuse or shipping, accessories, and optional equipment.
