SERVICES
Full Replacement - Select this option and we will send you a fully refurbished display. Once you receive it carefully remove your defective display and swap the products. Take your time as this is a more difficult DIY option. Return your defective or damaged display as a core with the enclosed return shipping label.
Please Repair My Display - Select this option to have your display professionally repaired. Simply remove your display assembly and ship it to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days for repair and we will return it to you with a full warranty.

INSTALLATION
Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Feel free to use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

When selecting our replacement service (on occasion and depending on the supplied VIN) the customer may receive a stand-alone touchscreen display (without the plastic bezel). The customer will simply need to remove and replace the troubled 8-inch display from their factory installed bezel. This will help expedite our replacement service lead time as there are over 17 different plastic bezel configurations and many tend to be on a General Motors backorder.
The Flat Rate Repair services program is designed to simplify the repair process, improve turnaround times, and to provide a cost effective rate that saves you time and money. Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided. The flat rate repair does not include: Major components or assemblies, damage related to abuse, misuse or shipping, accessories, and optional equipment.
