VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

2013-2018 Nissan Altima -  Compatible with Altimas not currently equipped with factory installed GPS navigation.

 INSTALLATION

Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. 

Remove your current factory radio. Install the included GPS antenna under the windshield just beneath the dash top (if vehicle is not currently equipped with an existing GPS navigation radio). Utilize the plug & play custom harness to mate with existing radio plugs & USB. Install new radio and new USB media hub.

THINGS TO KNOW

• If your 2013-2017 Altima is currently equipped with the factory installed GPS navigation you cannot (at this time) upgrade to this product. We are actively working on a solution.
• This factory radio is designed with a gloss black trim. A matte black trim is not currently available through Nissan.
• NissanConnect® Apps will function as designed after downloading and connecting to the NissanConnect® smartphone App. However, connectivity services such as remotely locking & unlocking your doors will not be a feature you will gain with this upgrade.
• Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing audio system whether equipped with the premium Bose® audio system or not.
• Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
• Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera. If you would like to add this amazing safety feature, we will have back up camera upgrades coming soon!
• Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing SiriusXM antenna. Simply contact SiriusXM and have your subscription transferred to the newly installed radio. If you would like to add satellite radio, contact us to order a custom universal SiriusXM antenna.
• Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing bluetooth hands-free calling feature. Simply re-pair your phone upon installation.
