INTRODUCTION

This product is designed to replace the stock tail gate handle of a Chevrolet Silverado & GMC Sierra pick-up trucks 2007-2013. The camera itself is a 170° wide-angle super CMOS color camera that is set inside a custom tail-gate handle housing. Once the camera is installed, it looks completely stock and there are no wires showing. The custom design makes it very easy for installers. Other features of the camera includes selectable parking lines for accurately judging the distance behind the vehicle as well as selectable normal and reverse imaging.

If you are purchasing a GM navigation radio from Infotainment.com we will pre-program the radio prior to shipping so you can plug & play this camera into the included VSS harness RCA input. The image will immediately appear on your screen when in reverse!

INSTALLATION

Simply replace your tailgate handle with the included handle featuring an embedded camera. Route the wiring to behind your newly installed radio. Connect the camera's 12v switched power & ground to an appropriate source. Marry the camera's RCA video with either the RCA video input on our VSS harness or on a 3rd party camera emulator.
