RA4 - 8.4-inch touchscreen GPS navigation with 3D maps & landmark icons, built-in HD radio, Sirius Traffic & Travel Link (subscription required).

RA3 - 8.4-inch touchscreen radio (no navigation).

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

2014-2018 Jeep Cherokee - Vehicle's lower center stack must feature a volume control dial. (See picture below)

INSTALLATION

Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio "bezel" dash surround trim held in with just retaining clips. Once installed make an appointment at your local Jeep dealer service department to have the PROXI Configuration Alignment performed.

This advertisement includes a replacement Jeep Cherokee radio dash bezel that is designed for the 8.4-inch radio. A 911 cable will also be provided which simply plugs into the purple connector on the backside of the radio.

THINGS TO KNOW

• A local Jeep dealer must use their diagnostic scan tool to align the PROXI configuration data into the new ECU. They will follow the routine outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for PROXI Configuration Alignment under Body Control Module (BCM) Miscellaneous Functions menu. How to Video
